General Information

The house is conveniently situated in Rotunda, Englewood - a very safe and well maintained community. You will find unspoilt sandy beaches, world class fishing, power boating and the finest golf courses and restaurants a short drive from the house.

Rental rates are from £425 per week, with a discount available for stays of three weeks or longer. Local telephone calls from the house are free and all linen and towels - including pool towels are provided.

The information folder in our home will answer most of your questions but should you require further assistance our local management team are always available to help.

Airports

The nearest international airport is Tampa with direct flights from the UK with British Airways. An alternative is to use an American airline and fly indirect, usually via Atlanta. Don't rule out flights to Orlando as these can often be cheaper and the drive to the house is very straightforward. We will in any case send you directions.

Shopping

A large Winn Dixie supermarket is just minutes away, the shops in Englewood cater for most people's needs, however, for serious shoppers a visit to the Port Charlotte Mall is a must.
