Master Bedroom	Double Bedroom	Twin Bedroom
Master Bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom, featuring marble tub, walk in shower, vanity unit with his and hers hand basins and seperate W.C. The Master Bedroom also has the following features: king size bed, walk in wardrobe and patio doors opening onto the pool deck.	Double bedroom with en--suite shower room. This room has features which include, Queen size bed, spacious fitted wardrobe, you will also find a linen cupboard and a door to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity unit and W.C.	Double bedroom with twin beds, spacious fitted wardrobe and views over the front of the property. You will also find the third bathroom.
Family Room	Dining Room
Large family room with triple sliding patio doors to the pool deck, affording panoramic views over the river and beyond. The room features a three seater sofa bed, love seat, and armchair. There is also an entertainment centre with satellite TV and Hi-fi. The spacious dining area will seat all comfortably or you may prefer the large breakfast bar adjacent to the Kitchen.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, full oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and iron/ironing board.
Pool/Sun Deck
We have a south facing aspect ideal for early morning sunshine and late evening barbecues. Our pool deck is protected by a screened cage and features a covered lanai with patio table and chairs for out door eating. In addition there is an outside shower, sun loungers, gas BBQ and of course a 30 ft Solar heated pool.
